Our Worship

Worshipping God is a great privilege, a real joy. But we are speaking to the one who made us, so our worship must also be reverent.

The Bible tells us that we are to worship God exactly as he tells us to, not adding anything to it or taking anything away from it. “See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.” Deuteronomy 12:32 (NIV)

So in worship, we seek to do only what God tells us to in the Bible. We read and preach from the Bible, we pray, and we sing the psalms God has given us in the Bible (without using any musical instruments, because that is what we believe the church in the New Testament did).
